Robert A. Cotoia

76, of Smithfield, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2016.  He was the beloved husband of Barbara (Fracassa) Cotoia.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Francesco and Angelina (Manzo) Cotoia.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Gina Corsinetti of Johnston, Robert Cotoia of Smithfield, Sandra Pacheco of Lincoln, Lynn Ross of Johnston, David Cotoia of Cranston, Deana DeGeorge of Warwick, Anthony DeGeorge of Johnston; 10 cherished grandchildren; dear sister Anna Pietropallo of Cranston.  He was pre-deceased by 8 brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston.  Burial will be private.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
