74, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Linda Mellor-Roy Andreoli. Born in Providence, Peter was a son of the late Cesare and Giacomina (Mannarelli) Andreoli. Mr. Andreoli attended RISD and had an accomplished professional music career. He was a composer and wrote many hit songs for various artists during his career. Peter was the lead singer for The Vidals, The Tradewinds, and The Innocents. Mr. Andreoli is a member of the RI Music Hall of Fame. After his retirement, he was an EMT for Universal Ambulance. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Petra Laskowitz and her husband Scott of NY, Peter A. Andreoli, Jr. and his wife Jennifer, and Robert Andreoli and his wife Julie of North Providence. Peter was the step-father of John Connors and his wife Pamela of Pascoag, Heather Perez and her husband Ivan of Cranston, and Rhonda Weagle of MA. He was the cherished grandfather of eleven and great grandfather of one. Peter was the brother of Caroline Pisaturo-Pitman and her husband Edgar of Cranston, Bettie Spampinato of FL, and Marie Apprendi. He was also the brother of the late Joseph, Luise, Rosalie and Dolly Andreoli. His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday, April 4th at 12:00 p.m. VISITING HOURS: Monday morning 10:00-12:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
