Patricia M. "Patsy" Flanagan

63, of Hope Valley, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Mildred (Unsworth) Flanagan and the late Howard Flanagan. Patsy loved to sing and dance.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her loving siblings, James Flanagan of North Providence and Maureen LeClair and her husband Steven of Coventry. Patsy is predeceased by her sister in-law Patricia. She also leaves behind her Arcadia Group Home Family, where she was the queen of the home.

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 124 Legris Avenue, West Warwick. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, 73 Church Street, Cranston.
