Carol (Williams) Roberts

79, of Cranston passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016.  She was the beloved wife of Donald L. Roberts, Sr. of Cranston.  Born in Providence, Carol was the daughter of the late Lester E. Williams, Sr. and Dorothy (Hook) Williams.  Mrs. Roberts worked at the Cranston Arc for many, before retiring.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her devoted son Donald L. Roberts, Jr. and his wife Linda of Cranston.  Carol was the cherished grandmother of Louis Marchetti, IV and his wife Tanna of Smithfield, Donald C. Roberts and his wife Kristen, and Kimberly Roberts, all of Cranston.  She was also the great grandmother of Kaylee, Jace, Delaney and Liam.  Carol was the sister of Lester E. Williams, Jr. and his wife Barbara of FL and was the sister-in-law Joyce MacDonald and her husband Scott of Cranston.  She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 22nd in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston at 12:00 p.m.  Burial will take place in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, 100 Harrison Ave, Warwick.  VISITING HOURS: Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cranston Fire Fighters Scholarship Fund.
