Arthur Comfort Brown

of Cranston, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.  Husband to his late wife Antonette Maria Petrucci of 45 years.  Arthur was a son of the late Leon Thompson and Euda Wells Brown. He was predeceased by his brother Leon Brown.

He is survived by his children, Tammy Pita, Arthur Brown and his wife Rose of Cranston.  Arthur was the cherished grandfather of eight and great grandfather of three. Arthur later in life found beloved companion Dorothy Brennan of Johnston.

Mr. Brown was an employee at Electric Boat and an Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. Arthur was also an avid golf player and loved playing cards with family and friends.

His funeral service will take place in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a burial, with military honors, in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS: Tuesday 5:00-8:00 p.m.
