ZABEL A. (CHARLES) YAGHJIAN-BERG

Zabel was the owner of the former Harrison's Stationary & Gift Shop on Elmgrove Ave. in Providence for many years. She was a member of Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church and a founder of its Ladies Aid Society; a founder of Big Sisters of Rhode Island; an active member of Blackstone Valley ARC; and a member of Zonta International.

Zabel was the devoted and loving mother of Harrison Yaghjian of Providence and dear sister of Arsen Charles of Westwood, MA and the late Kazar Charles and Mary Struble. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Wednesday, April 7th at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Tuesday 5-7 p.m. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Rumford.
