Yonaiby Whatts

33 of Providence passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024. He was raised by Ramona Herrera and was the son of the late Juan Whatts and Maria (Quezada) Whatts

He is survived by his children, Yonaiby Whatts, Sanaiyah Whatts, Shawn Whatts, Jordan Nelson, Ny’zaiyha Whatts, Zy’Eer Whatts, Am’Eer Whatts, Laila Whatts, grandparents, siblings and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Yonaiby was a true local, known and loved by the community. A genuine family man with a bright smile who could light up any room with his laughter, he was described by his children as a charming, loving, hardworking, and most importantly, a dedicated father—truly amazing in every way.

You are warmly invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday, September 15th, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, RI. Please join us for the mass on Monday, September 16th, at 10am at St. Michael’s Church, 239 Oxford Street, Providence. Following the service, burial will be held at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston, RI.
