93, of Johnston, formerly of Providence, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2011 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Pullano. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Luisa (Zoglio) Igliozzi. Viola was a communicant of St Bartholomew's Church and a member of the Daughters of Isabella.
She is survived by her two sons Arthur A. Pullano and his wife Paula of Providence, and Thomas A. Pullano and his wife Geraldine of Wakefield. Viola was the cherished grandmother of Thomas J. Pullano and his wife Michelle of Boston, MA and the great-grandmother of Elsa M. Pullano. She was the sister of A. Vincent Igliozzi of Providence, and the late Mary Zompa.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew's Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
