WILLIAM DeFUSCO

William DeFusco, 92, of Cranston passed away peacefully at home on August 20, 2012. He was the husband of the late Rose Mattiace DeFusco. They were married 70 years prior to her passing. He leaves their son Anthony J. DeFusco and his wife Dale J. Venturini, their daughter Mary Jane Dorans and her partner Kevin Scully, granddaughters Michelle Lamoureux, Melissa Zaccagnini and her husband Michael, Nicole Olsen and her husband Derek, Kristen Christy and her husband Robert, great-granddaughters Karleigh and Karissa Lamoureux and great-grandsons Michael and Angelo Zaccagnini, and he leaves his brother Pasquale (Pat) DeFusco. We find solace in his reunion with his wife Rose, William, his son, his brothers Lawrence (Bob), Vincent (Jim), Anthony, and Albert, his sisters Mary Martino, Theresa Ferranti, Philomena (Philly) Zinni, and Carmela (Clara) Caruso, as well as his parents, Pasquale and Genovine (Jenny) DeFusco. He will be missed forever and his life will be cherished with memories of his love for life and his family. He was an Operations Manager for Lorac/Union Tool Company for over 40 years. An avid golfer he was a former member of the Valley Country Club for 39 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 10:00am in St. Joseph's Church, West Warwick. Interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
