Wilfred J. LePage, 79, of Knight St., Cranston, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Anna (Tamburrino) LePage. Born in Warren, RI, he was the son of the late Henry and Eva (Boyer) LePage.
Wilfred was a machinist at the former Dixon Corporation in Bristol for 35 years before retiring. He was an Army Air Forces Korean War veteran, and a member of St. Mary's Holy Name Society. Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Cynthia A. Volpi and her husband Domenic, Carol F. LePage and Linda S. LePage; loving grandfather of Kirk Ludkovich, Matthew Volpi and his wife Teresa and Domenic Volpi, Jr.; and dear brother of Doris Machak, Jeannette Silva, Robert LePage, Donald LePage, Lawrence LePage, Arthur Marcellino and the late Henry LePage. His funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
