WALTER H. SLADE

68, of Webber Street, Cranston passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, December 25, 2010. He was the husband of Linda ( Nimblett) Slade. He was born in Providence a son of the late Harold J. and Frances (Logan) Slade. Walter was a laborer employed by the City of Providence.

Beside his wife he is survived by his children, Thomas, Susan and Kelly Slade all of Cranston and Michael Slade of Providence. He was the brother of Harold Slade of East Providence. He is also survived by his faithful dog "Nicki".

His funeral service will be held on Wednesday evening at 7p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be private.
