Walter T. Levesque

76, of Coventry, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 surrounded by his family.  He was the beloved husband of Margaret (Waldron) Levesque for 44 years.  Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Concetta (Tarro) Levesque.

Walter was very talented in the design and manufacturing of jewelry and owned his own company for many years.  Later in life, Walter had continued success as an automobile sales consultant, a chauffeur, and lastly, an independent automotive insurance appraiser before his retirement.

The pride Walter had for his family surpassed all else in his life.  He enjoyed giving updates  of his children’s and grandchildren’s accomplishments to friends and strangers alike.  Walter loved to ski with his wife in his younger years and to travel with her.  He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending his free time playing a-round of golf and having card night with family and friends.

He leaves behind his children, Joseph J. Levesque and his wife Lia of South Kingstown, April Roderick and her husband Paul of Portsmouth and Matthew J. Levesque and his wife Laura of Oklahoma City, OK; seven grandsons, Adam, Alexander and Aidan Ducker; Joseph, Michael, Christopher and Sebastian Levesque. He was the brother of Dennis Levesque of West Warwick and David Levesque of Seekonk, MA.

His funeral will leave from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston at 9:30 am on Saturday, February 3, 2024, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10: 00 am at St. George Maronite Catholic Church (former St. Ann Church), 1493 Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will be immediately following in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday from 4:00 -7:00pm.
