VIVIAN S. (MATARESE) MARINO

71, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday August 20, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank "Abe" Marino and loving companion of Michael Lepizzera. Vivian was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Antonio and Marie (Inglesi) Matarese. Vivian was a cashier at Mike's Kitchen in Cranston for over 20 years; and was a faithful and lifelong parishioner of St. Mary's Church. Besides her companion Michael, she is survived by her nieces and nephews , Paula Conti and her husband Anthony , Lori Papitto and her husband Jerry, Anthony Matarese and his wife Carol, Frank Matarese and was also the loving friend of John Souto. Vivian was also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and was the sister of the late Anthony Matarese. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 5-8 pm.
