VIRGINIA C. (MARCIANO) VERRECHIA

83, formerly of Bretton Woods Drive, Cranston, died on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Cra-Mar Meadows, Cranston. She was the devoted wife of fifty-three years to the late Andrew R. Verrechia. Born in Providence; she was the beloved daughter of the late Antonio and Jennie (Sabetti) Marciano. Virginia retired in July, 1985 after thirty-nine years of service as President of the Accounting Federation Revenue Department and Cost Accounting Supervisor at the former New England Telephone and Telegraph Company.

Virginia was the beloved sister of Anthony Marciano of North Kingstown, Christine Navarette of Cranston, Janice Nimetz and her husband Daniel of Harriman, New York and her dear sister-in-law Mary Assad of Westport, MA, and the late Anna Marciano. She was the loving aunt of Valerie Swackey, Stephen and Susan Navarette and the great aunt of Anthony Swackey and Julie Richards.
