Virginia ( Furtado ) Northup83, formerly of Knightsville Manor Cranston died on Thursday August 16, 2007 at Briarcliff Manor, Johnston. She was the wife of the late William Northup. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Mancebo) Furtado. She worked for the former DiZoglio Paper of Cranston for 15 years until her retirement. She also worked for Union Tool and the Outlet Department Stores. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Helen Belanger, Mary Piccirillo, Manuel and Joaquim Furtado. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, on Saturday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann's Church Cranston St. Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
