Virginia M. (Esa Mikaelian) Nahigian

Virginia M. Nahigian of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Mystic, CT and Cranston, RI, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2020.  She was the beloved wife of the late Zaven Nahigian.  Born in Norwich, CT, she was the daughter of the late George and Rebecca (Esa Mikaelian) Mosesian.

Virginia worked for her father at the former Norwich Nickel & Chrome Plating Co. as a secretary and bookkeeper for many years.  She was a member of Eastern Star and member and past “Derouhi” of The Daughters of Vartan.

She was the loving aunt of Virginia Chobanian of Delray Beach, FL; loving great-aunt of Lynne Parnagian of Cranston, RI and Jeff Chobanian Delray Beach, FL; dear sister-in-law of Barbara Merguerian of Wellesley, MA; and also survived by nieces Karen Merguerian and Elaine Merguerian. She was the dear sister of the late Moorad, Oscar and Norman Mosesian.

Her funeral will be private.
