93, a lifelong Cranston resident, moving to Riverside in 2002, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Alberico C. Mansolillo. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late John and Maria Concetta (Croce) Anzevino. Virginia was a graduate of Cranston High School and a member of the Rhode Island Honor Society. Virginia was a loving and giving person who enjoyed her family and sharing whatever she had.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Evelyn V. Almonte and her husband Victor of Riverside and was the devoted mother of the late John J. Mansolillo. Virginia was the cherished grandmother of Kenneth V. Almonte of Portland, OR. She was the sister of the late Joseph Anzevino, Alfred G. Anzevino, Sr. and Anna F. "Fillie" Anzevino. Virginia was the dear aunt of several nieces and nephews, and also leaves several very close friends.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church, corner of Elmwood and Park Avenues, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Monday 3-7 p.m.
