On May 14, 2024, a beautiful caring soul left us peacefully to be with the Lord. Born in Cranston, RI, Virginia, 95, was the daughter of Pasquale and Concetta (Vingi) Rambone and sister to the late Josephine Ferro. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasco DeGiulio for 69 years, mother to Denise DeGiulio and Kim (DeGiulio) Morey, and Nana to Michael and Daniel. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews as well as a friend to many.
Her gentle and caring ways have filled our life with much example. She took good care of us as well as herself. Many of the people who met her were shocked when she revealed her true age. Their compliments always made her day! She always looked her best. Her love of clothes and shopping made a hobby that became her work when she co-owned a successful retail clothing business.
The love she gave to her family was evident every day. God gave her all the blessings of heaven, love, and good faith in her long life.
Her Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Tuesday, May 21st at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. Entombment in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum at St, Ann Cemetery will be private. VISITING HOURS are Monday, May 20th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 would be greatly appreciated.
