VIOLET R. (BAGALIA) IANNUCCI

96, of Trion Cove, Norcross, Georgia and Bonnet Shores, Narragansett, RI, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Ivy Hall Assisted Living in Alpharetta, GA. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Iannucci. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Silvia (Iovene) Bagalia.

Mrs. Iannucci was a kindergarten and first grade teacher for the City of Warwick School Department for 25 years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Diane B. Monti and her husband Robert of Norcross, GA, Joseph W. Iannucci and his wife Sharon Dougherty of Dunwoody, GA and Jeanne A. Iannucci and her husband Terry Holme of Seattle, WA; loving grandmother of seven; loving great-grandmother of five; and dear sister of the late Ann McComb, Irene Hamilton and Andrew Bagalia, Jr.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, May 14th at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME-SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt.1A) Narragansett, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Rd. at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Francis Cemetery in Pawtucket, RI. VISITING HOURS are SUNDAY from 3-7 p.m.
