VIOLA G. (CAPALBO) CARROCCIA

94, formerly of Providence, passed away on Friday July 22, 2011 at Mount St. Rita Health Centre, in Cumberland. She was the beloved wife of the late Hugo Carroccia. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Carmine and Maria (Gentile) Capalbo.

She was the devoted mother of Frank Carroccia and his wife Marilyn of No.Attleboro; loving grandmother of Amy Carroccia and Kara Prokopchak. She was the sister of the late Peter, Alfonso, and Domenic Capalbo, Santina Brogno, Clara Ravo, Helen Scorpio, Mary DiNunzio and Ida Altomari. Viola was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service and burial will be private.
