VINCENZA "JENNIE" IGNAGNI

90, of Macklin Street, Cranston, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 9, 2010. She was the wife of the late Peter F. Ignagni, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Angela (Gallo) Feole. Jennie was employed at General Electric in the Monowatt Division and worked as an assembler for 20 years until her retirement. She enjoyed crosswords puzzles, was an avid solitaire player and loved cooking for her family and watching soap operas. Jennie will be sadly missed. She is survived by her children Peter Ignagni and his wife Lori, Cheryl Ignagni, all of Cranston and Deborah Ignagni and her partner Trish Birk of South Pasadena, CA. Jennie was the cherished grandmother of Nicola Bordelon and devoted great grandmother of Jackson Bordelon, both of Louisiana. She was the sister of Connie Pelligrini of North Providence, Marianne Castrignano of Cranston, Louis Feole of Warwick, Alfred Feole of North Providence and the late Pasquale Feole. Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass in St. Ann's Church, Cranston at 10:30 a.m. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 5:00-8:00p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann's Church Renovation Fund, 1593 Cranston Street, Cranston 02920.
