84, of Johnston, formerly of Village Avenue, Cranston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of forty-three years to Edward T. Allard. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Francesco and Angelina (Dellagatti) Zizzari. Vincenza was an administrative secretary for the State of Rhode Island for twenty-five years before retiring in 1992. Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Ann Marie Warren and her husband Brian of Hopkinton, and Valerie Balkun and her husband Joseph of Exeter. Vincenza was the step-mother of Russell Allard and his wife Susan of Hopedale, MA, and Rachel Arruda of Woonsocket. She was the cherished grandmother of two granddaughters, Katherine Paulling and her husband Ruffin, and Kerrie Hill and her husband Christopher, all of Denver, CO, six step-grandchildren, and one great-grandson Christopher J. "CJ". She was the sister of George Zizzari of Cranston. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Interment will be private.
