Vincent Palazzo, Jr.

VINCENT PALAZZO, JR., 73, of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at RI Hospital in Providence.  He was the beloved husband for 48 years of Cathleen M. (Mollis) Palazzo.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Vincent and Madeline (Florio) Palazzo, Sr.

Vincent was an engineer for the State of RI DOT for 25 years before retiring; and served in the RI Army National Guard for 22 years.

Besides his wife Cathleen, he was the devoted father of Vincent Palazzo, III and his wife Amanda and Dana M. Palazzo all of Cranston; cherished grandfather of Vincent T., Linnea, Gian and Emmalynn Palazzo; dear brother of Adele Palazzo of Cranston; and loving uncle of several nieces and nephews. Cathleen would like to thank her twin sister Cynthia and her husband Ray Geremia of Cranston for all their support during this difficult time.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 12th at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church, Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday Morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
