96, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at the Cherry Hill Manor on Friday, April 25, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Mario "Frankie" Ramunno. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Antonetta (Leonardo) Rotondo.
Vickie worked in the jewelry industry for many years and was also an Avon representative. She loved all types of up-beat music and dancing and enjoyed going to the casinos and playing bingo. She worked at Our Lady of Grace Church Feast for many years in the Dough Boy section.
Vickie was the devoted and loving mother of Frances Ramunno of Johnston and dear sister of the late Angela Napolitano, Philip Rotondo, Judith Antignano, Anna Slattery and Bernardo "Benny" Rotondo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 2nd at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Rd., Johnston, followed by burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.
