Victoria (Papa) Faraone

98, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Joseph Faraone.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Domenic and Assunta (Bove) Papa.

Mrs. Faraone worked at Trina, Inc. Manufacturing for many years before retiring.

She leaves her children, Joanne Petronio and her husband Pat of Smithfield and Joseph Faraone and his partner Michael Murrillo of Cranston; her extended family, Jerry Gelfuso and his wife Annette of Cranston and the late Frank Gelfuso and Dolores Conery of North Scituate. Her grandchildren, Jay Petronio, Joy Bauer and her husband Jason; three great-grandchildren, Jayden, Jaxson and Jordyn Bauer of Illinois; and her beloved extended family, Debra Sgambato and her husband Albert, Pamela Andrade and her husband Danny, Michele Saccoccio and her husband Mark, Lori Savoie and her husband Steven, and Frank Gelfuso and his wife Joan. She was the sister of the late John Papa, Henry Papa, Michael Papa, Jenny Gelfuso, Esther Guadagni and Celia Pulchano.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston.  Private burial will follow in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
