VERONICA A RUZZO

VERONICA A. "RONNIE" (RODI) RUZZO
51, of Cranston, passed into eternal peace March 10, 2012 with her family by her side, after a struggle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Ruzzo. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of James and Virginia (DerToumanian) Rodi of Cranston. Ronnie is survived by her two sons Cory and Chris Ruzzo of Cranston; grandchildren Natalia Ruzzo and Antonio Ruzzo; and her two sisters Tina Newmann of Cranston and Lisa A. Estrada of Johnston.

Ronnie was a lifelong resident of Cranston. She graduated from Cranston East High School and received her certificate as a veterinary tech. Ronnie was an advocate for animals. She also received a certificate as a CNA prior to her diagnosis. She was employed at Farland Electric in Smithfield in the accounts department as office manager.

Funeral Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by interment at Highland Memorial Park in Johnston. VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8p.m.
