VERONICA A. MERCURIO

90, of Briarcliffe Manor, formerly of Budlong Road, Cranston, died Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Josephine (Bova) Mercurio. Veronica was employed by the former Hall's Motor Company as an office clerk for twenty-five years before her retirement. She was a member of Teamsters Local #251. She is survived by three nieces Doris Benoit of Rocklin, CA, JoAnne Meloccaro of Bluffton, SC and Kathleen Tatro of Killingworth, CT Veronica was the sister of the late Antonina, John and Mary Mercurio and Catherine DeMarco. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. at the Church of St. Mark, Garden City, Cranston. Inurnment will be in Mausoleum Columbarium in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
