VERONICA G. (COLARUSSO) CORNELL 82, of Coldbrook Dr., Cranston, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Scandinavian Home in Cranston.
She was the beloved wife for 60 years of Edward Cornell. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John and Maria (Falcone) Colarusso.
Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Donald E. Cornell and his wife Karen of Narragansett, Patricia M. Baligian and her husband Arlin of Orlando, FL and Ann Murphy and her husband Patrick of Cranston; loving grandmother of six; and dear sister of Marie McManus of West Palm Beach, FL and the late Elizabeth Stone.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Ave., Cranston at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS SUNDAY 4-8 p.m.
