Vera G. Molloy, 96 of Cranston passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, with her family by her side. Born in Chelsea, MA, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Anna (Guarente) Gravalese. She was the beloved wife of the late John E. Molloy, until his passing in 2018.

 

She was a graduate of Cranston East High School; she then went on to attend Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School, receiving her associates degree. She was a long-time executive secretary for United Wire, and A. T. Cross for many years as an executive secretary

 

She is survived by her son John P. Molloy and his wife Liz. She was the devoted grandmother of Aimee Clark and her husband Don, Ryan Molloy and his partner Graham Cole, and Kellyn Kalish. She was the cherished great grandmother of Maeve Clark. She was the sister of Virginia Goetz.

 

Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday February 6, 2025, at 11:00am at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS will be from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Kindly omit flowers.
