Thomas A. Pezzillo

Thomas A. Pezzillo, 67 of Woonsocket passed away peacefully Saturday January 14, 2023. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John and Mildred E. (Tucker) Pezzillo. Tom worked for 18 years building nuclear submarines in the production department at Electric Boat in North Kingstown. He had a great love for cooking, taking care of his home and spending time with his family and friends. For those who knew Tom well, his wry sense of humor would make them laugh often, and he could always be counted on to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his son Jesse T. Pezzillo and his wife Mary Kate. He was the grandfather of Autumn Pezzillo. He also leaves his brothers Michael J. Pezzillo, John F. Pezzillo, Robert C. Pezzillo, a niece Ashley McGovern, and nephews Robert Pezzillo and Nicholas Pezzillo. He was the son-in-law of Shirley and Jim Lawton, and the former husband of Sharon Hanrahan.

The Pezzillo Family extends our gratitude to everyone at Zambarano Hospital for the many years of care and kindness for Thomas.

Per the family’s request all his funeral services will be private.
