THOMAS CARDILLO
Thomas Cardillo 89, of Plainfield Pike Johnston, passed away on Friday January 30, 2009 at River View Nursing Home in Coventry. He was the husband of the late Iolanda "Bella" (Marsocci) Cardillo.
Born in Johnston, he was the son of the late Pietro and Filomena (Marandola) Cardillo. Mr. Cardillo was a self employed vegetable gardener. He was Past President of the Governor Dyer Farmers Market, and avid hunter and member of the Thornton Beagle Club and the Johnston Senior Center.
He is survived by his children; Thomas P. Cardillo and his wife Lynne, Phyllis A. Lautieri and her husband Bill and Robert D. Cardillo and his wife Lori all of Johnston, grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of four. He was the brother of Joseph A. Cardillo of Johnston and the late Pasco, Nicholas and Leonard Russo.
His funeral services and burial will be private.
