THERESA (DIONNE) VOTTO

83, of North Providence, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasco A. Votto. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Armand and Florence (Marchant) Dionne. Terry was employed by the State of RI, School Lunch Program in the Cranston School Department for many years until her retirement. She was a graduate of Hope High School, Class of 1946. Terry was a communicant of Mary Mother of Mankind Church. Terry was an avid fan of both the Red Sox and the Patriots. She loved to read, do crossword puzzles, and go antiquing. Her greatest love was her grandchildren, and spending time with her sister.

She is survived by her loving children, Dennis Votto and his wife Susan of North Providence, William Votto and his wife Mary of Cranston, and Patricia J. Buonauito and her husband Richard of West Greenwich. Theresa was the cherished grandmother of Richard, Teress, Gianna, and Kyle. She was the sister of Jeanette Olson of Woonsocket.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth Street, North Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Crest Nursing & Rehabilitation Centre Activities Fund, 125 Scituate Avenue, Cranston, RI 02921.
