THERESA M. (PROCOPIO) DANAKAS

THERESA M. (PROCOPIO) DANAKAS, 85, of Woodland Waters Blvd., Weeki Wachee, FL, formerly of Clarke Ave., Cranston, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010 at HPH Hospice in Brooksville, FL. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles A. Danakas. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Zannini) Procopio.

Mrs. Danakas was an executive secretary at A.T. Cross Company in Lincoln for many years before retiring, and a member of the Red Hat Society.

She was the devoted mother of Patricia A. Pannone and her husband Walter with whom she lived, and son Thomas A. Danakas of Spring Hill, FL; loving grandmother of Karen M. Cuttle, Michelle E. Booth and Stephen C. Pannone; loving great-grandmother of eight; and dear sister of Virginia Macliver of Polk City, FL, Vincent Procopio of Forestdale, MA and the late Agostino Procopio.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, August 19th at 8:45 a.m. from the Nardolillo Funeral Home - SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt. 1A) Narragansett, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bernard's Church, 275 Tower Hill Rd., North Kingstown at 10:00 a.m.
