SUSAN G. RASO

Susan G. (Crowley) Raso 43, of Post Road, East Greenwich, died Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. She was the loving wife of Christopher P. Raso. They were married for the past ten years. Born in Bronxville, New York, she was the daughter of Joan (Grace) Crowley of Barrington and the late Michael V. Crowley. Susan was a laboratory supervisor for Bercen Inc. of Cranston for twenty-one years. She was a graduate of Barrington High School, Class of 1981. Mrs. Raso received her BA in Geology from Franklin and Marshall University. Susan enjoyed photography and was an avid New England Patriot's fan. She fought a valiant battle with cancer for the past eleven years. Her courage inspired all who came in contact with her, especially her many physicians. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by her brother Michael V. Crowley Jr. of Limerick, PA and one nephew Michael V. Crowley III of Pennsylvania. Her funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
