Steven Anthony Marsella

57, of Cranston, passed away peacefully at his home on September 4, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.  He was the beloved husband of Susan N. (Sarazen) Marsella for thirty-three years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of Giulio Marsella of Cranston and the late Linda (Pompili) Marsella.

He graduated from Hall Institute and worked for the Providence Journal and in professional security before retiring due to illness.

He was a Beatles fanatic and was a Boston Bruins, Las Vegas Raiders, LA Lakers and NY Yankees fan.

Besides his wife and father, he leaves his sister, Juliann Allsworth and her husband Kevin and his nephew, Nicholas Allsworth all of Killingly, CT.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston at 10am on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Mary Church, Cranston Street, Cranston.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITATION will be held Tuesday from 9-10am.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, RI Chapter, 931 Jefferson Blvd STE 1005, Warwick, RI 02886.
