STEVEN W. COLLINS

57, of Lark Ave., Cranston, RI, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at home. He was the cherished husband for 30 years of Maria Christina (DeVincenzo) Collins and loving son of Beverly M. (Taylor) Collins of Port Charlotte, FL and the late Harold F. Collins. Raised in Warwick, RI, Steve lived in West Roxbury, MA before moving to Cranston.

Steve was a machine tool operator for the Department of the U.S. Army and also served in the U.S. Army during peacetime. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Besides his wife and mother, he was the father of George J. Collins of West Greenwich, RI, Jennifer M. Collins of Dedham, MA, Stephanie C. Clinton and her husband Bert of Pawtucket, RI and Kristine N. Collins of San Diego, CA; loving grandfather of Steven, Brian and Patrick Clinton and the late Joshua A. Bonito; loving step grandfather of Shayne Clinton; and dear brother of Russell Collins and Karen Lokker, both of FL and the late David Collins.

Visiting hours to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday, January 2nd from 4-7 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Funeral Service at 7 p.m.
