STEPHEN H. McGINN, 68, of Wild Berry Dr., Cranston, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 24, 2022 at home with his family by his side.  He was the True love of Janice A. (Harpin) Regelmann for 40 years.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John “Jack” and Barbara (Toner) McGinn.

Stephen graduated from Cumberland High School, CCRI and received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s College in Maine.  He was Chief X-Ray Technician at Roger Williams Medical Center for many years and later was known as “The Awning Man” to the Stars.

He was a member of Men of St. Joseph at Holy Apostles Church; The Ancient Order of Hibernians-Warwick Chapter; and Bonnet Shores Beach Club in Narragansett.

Stephen was a dedicated man of faith, fan of the local sports teams, was an avid skier, bowler, guitar player, and enjoyed telling jokes while frequently spending time with his family and friends.  He was a genuine people person!

Besides Janice, he was the loving father to Stefan K. Regelmann and his wife Kim of North Kingstown and Erika N. Vendituoli of Cranston; cherished Poppy of Jeff, Jack, Ava, Ben, Sam and Madison; dear brother of Richard “Dick” McGinn and his wife Lynn of Cumberland, Colleen McGinn of Coventry and the late Kathleen McGinn; and loving uncle of several nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday, February 2nd at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston at 10 a.m.  Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
