Stanley G. (Butch) D'Orsi, Jr.

62, passed away Sunday August 4, 2019 at Kent Hospital, Warwick from complications after a 9 year courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis cancers.

Born in Providence and raised in Greenville, he was the son of Stanley G. and Alice (Ferrucci) D’Orsi, Sr. of Greenville. He was a 1975 graduate of Smithfield High School. He worked at Almacs, Inc. and for many trucking companies throughout the years.

Besides his parents he leaves his daughter Rebecca D’Orsi and her children Jacob D’Orsi and Scarlett-Rose Roque of Woonsocket, RI.; his stepdaughter Crystal Kemp of Greenville; his brother Michael S. D’Orsi and his wife Sharon of Brewster, NY; his sister Margaret Peltier and her husband Kelly of Pawtucket, RI; his “other Brother” Michael Zanni of Cranston, along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, godchildren and longtime friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visiting hours on Thursday August 8, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY 1278 Park Ave. Cranston Burial will be private.
