Siriluck "Thang" Bonner

Siriluck ”Thang” Bonner, 44, of Leesburg, Virginia passed away on Monday, October 3rd after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was surrounded by her family and her loving husband, Oraine “Teco” Bonner.  Born in Vientiane, Laos, Thang was the youngest daughter of Phieng Keomani and the late Kongmy Keomanivong.

Thang attended Rindge and Latin High School in Cambridge, MA where she made several impactful and life-long friendships.  There she would also meet Teco, her future husband and love of her life.  The two would go on to start a family that would eventually grow to four children and one overweight cat.  Ever the nurturing mother figure, Thang would also welcome into her home not one but three nieces, Lavinia, Emmanuela, and Evelyn.  Her patience and understanding truly transformed their busy household into a genuine, loving home.

Though she put down roots in Virginia, Thang was a true New Englander.  Her visits back up north always consisted of beach days and trips to the docks to satisfy her love for “fresh” seafood.  She would also laugh at how her local town would shut down with a mere dusting of snow compared to having to push through several feet of snow up north.  Those who knew Thang also knew she was a selfless person who always put the needs of others before her own.  She was an amazing, dedicated and loving mother, who devoted her life to her family.  She made it a point that her children and nieces never go without and strived to shield them from many of life’s troubles.  She was truly the best mom anyone could ask for.

Besides her husband, Thang is survived by her four children, Sai Saengchan Bonner (20), Adonis Arounatai Bonner (13), Zoe Mei Bonner (11), Augustus Oraine Bonner (4).  She also leaves her brother, Phongsaly “Lee” Keomanivong and sister, Boutsady Ablobewede.  She was predeceased by her older sister, Ratsamy Williams.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday October 15, 2022, at 10:00am at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY 1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday October 14, 2022, from 4:00-8:00pm.
