Sharon E. (Montella) Ventriglia

66, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021.  She was the beloved wife of James P. Ventriglia of Cranston.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore Montella and Evelyn (Giannetti) Montella.

Besides her husband, Sharon was the loving mother of James P. Ventriglia Jr. of Cranston and his fiancée Telma Amaral of East Providence; sister of Salvatore Montella and his wife Laurel of Las Vegas, NV; stepdaughter of Virginia Buote of Cranston, and stepsister of Carolyn Panos of Cranston, Kathleen Proulx of Coventry, Sharon Hanlon of Sandwich, MA, and Patrick Conley of Bristol.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Sharon loved spending time with her friends and family, and she loved shopping.  But above all was her family.  No matter what she was going through she always kept a positive attitude and was so kind to everyone she met no matter what the circumstances.  She will be dearly missed by all.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
