SHAREN JUNE BURNS

64, of Pawtucket previously of North Kingstown, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2012. She was born in Worcester, MA a daughter of the late Walter F. Burns, Sr. and Jean (Johnson) Burns. Sharen was a semiconductor processor at Kopin Corporation. She was a Class of 1965 graduate of David Hall Fanning Trade High School.

She is survived by her loving children, Lieutenant Colonel George H. Truman III, USAF and his wife Barbara, of OK and Erin K. Truman, RN of No. Kingstown. She was also the cherished grandmother of Brian Truman, Mia Allen and Jacob Truman; and was also the sister of Caren Silverberg of NC, Walter F. Burns, Jr. of MA, , Margaret Gibson of Washington, DC, Robert Burns of MA and the late Kevin Burns and Heather Lee Burns. Sharen was also survived by her dear friend Charles Saunders.

Her visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 4 to 6 pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a funeral service at 6pm. Her burial will be private.
