The Walker, Hall and Glover families are saddened to announce the passing away of Shadrach Kwame Walker Jr. Sunrise- April 5, 1969 Sunset- September 29, 2013 Kwame was born to the union of Counselor Shadrach Konah Walker Sr. and Lucinda Dowoo Glover-Walker on April 5, 1969. At the young age of fifteen he moved to the United States of America where he finished his education and there after met his wife of 14 years, Judith Hall-Walker. He was a loving and dedicated husband and father to his wife and three beautiful children Meg, Micah and Noah. Many knew Kwame as a kind-hearted and loving son, husband, brother, cousin, nephew and friend. Kwame was a wonderful chef, and most recently employed for the past 10 years at Dave's Marketplace. He was known to all as a devoted family man, an avid soccer fan, and a reggae music aficionado. 5pm calling hours, with 6pm wake keeping to follow, will be held on Friday, October 18 at All Saints Memorial Church, 674 Westminster St., Providence, RI 02903. Funeral services, at the same location, will be held at 10 am on Saturday October 19th. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Church of the Ascension, 390 Ponitac Avenue, Cranston, 02910 on behalf of the "Kwame Walker Youth Soccer Fund" Gone too soon Kwame, rest in peace.
