Sandra E. (Lambert) Fazio

83, of Johnston, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023, at West Shore Health Center, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Carmino Fazio. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Barbara (Abbott) Lambert. Mrs. Fazio was a Dietary AID for Morgan Health Center for many years before retiring. Sandra enjoyed baking cookies for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Sandra is survived by her loving children, Joseph Fazio Sr. and his wife Kimberley of West Warwick, and Cathy LaFazia and her husband Richard Jr. of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of Joseph Fazio Jr. (Ashley), Amanda Northcutt (Nicholas), Richard LaFazia III his fiancé Kelly O’Connor, Michael LaFazia, Timothy Fazio, Matthew Fazio, Daniel Fazio, and Angela Fazio. Sister of the late Peter Lambert.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023, from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by her Funeral Home Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
