SALVATORE M. "SAL" SINAPI
81, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at West Shore Health Center in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Stabile) and Carol (Morin) Sinapi. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Angelo and Nicolena (Ialongo) Sinapi. Salvatore was a Korean War Veteran. He was employed as a foreman for 30 years until his retirement.
Mr. Sinapi is survived by his children Suzanne Turchetta of Warwick and James Lincoln of Cranston. Sal was the grandfather of seven and great grandfather of two. He was also the brother of Frank Sinapi of Cranston, Rocco Sinapi of Warwick and was the loving father of the late Paul Sinapi.
His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Burial with Military Honors will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 4:00-8:00 pm.
