Salvatore Pisaturo

83, of Warwick passed away peacefully on January 10, 2023.  He was the beloved husband of Maria (Fiorillo) Pisaturo for fifty-eight years.

Born in Sant’Angelo D’Alife, Province of Caserta, Italy he was a son of the late Giuseppe and Maria (Rega) Pisaturo.

Mr. Pisaturo worked for the Warwick School Department for twenty-three years, retiring from Toll Gate High School.  He had previously worked for BIF Industries for sixteen years.

He loved taking care of his yard and garden and loved sharing a good meal with family and friends.  He was a communicant of Sts. Rose and Clement Parish.

Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Giuseppe “Joseph” Pisaturo and his fiancé Lori Farrell of Warwick and Michael Pisaturo and his wife Stephanie Kapstein of East Providence; his siblings, Raffaele Pisaturo of Italy, Ada Greco and her husband Antonio of Warwick, Lidia Giugno and her husband Tommaso of Italy and Carmine Pisaturo and his companion Movanna McConnell of Cranston; and four grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Eliana and Avery.  He was the brother of the late Titta Pisaturo, Antonietta Coppola and Rosa Fiorillo; and was the brother-in-law of the late Maria (Natale) Pisaturo.

His funeral will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 8:45am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Sts. Rose and Clement Church, 111 Long Street, Warwick.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS Friday from 4-7pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131 or to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd, Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
