ROSE "TOOTSIE" (MORETTI) MORENZI

88, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday November 26, 2011 at the Roberts Health Center in North Kingstown. She was the beloved wife of Americo "Red" Morenzi. They were married 65 years. Rose was born in Cranston, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Moretti) Moretti. Mrs. Morenzi was a bookkeeper for Accu-Met Laser for 10 years until her retirement. Besides her beloved husband, she is survived by her loving son, Nicholas Morenzi and his wife Andria of Jamestown, her cherished grandchildren Salvatore and Caterina Morenzi and was the sister of Delia Caputo of Cranston and Paul Moretti of Providence. Rose was also the loving mother of the late Stephen Morenzi and sister of the late Victoria Iannotti, Eva Iannotti, Anthony Moretti, Jennie Dias, Emilio Moretti and Albert Moretti. Funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Tuesday 5-8 pm.
