ROSE (CIFU) GRANDE

Of Cranston, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2010 at Greenwood Care and Rehabilitation Center, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor J. "Joe" Grande. Born in Cranston she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Angelina (Capirchio) Cifu. Rose was an assembler for Norton Manufacturing Company of Cranston for fifteen years before retiring in 1981. She is survived by her son Steven V. Grande and his wife Linda of Warwick. Rose was the mother of the late Geraldine "Jerri" Horn. She was the cherished grandmother of Jared L. Grande of West Warwick. Rose was the sister of Mary Santagata of West Warwick, Gloria Sciappa of Cranston, John Ruggieri, Jr. of West Warwick, and the late Olive Ruggieri, Esther Carnevale, Viola DiBattista, Anna Rinaldi, and Carolyn Wells. Her VISITING HOURS will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on MONDAY 5-7 p.m. Funeral services and burial will be private.
