ROSE E. "OZZIE" (RENZI) GORDON

of Oregon Ave., North Providence, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Cortland Place in Smithfield surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond L. "Chief" Gordon. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Libro and Angelina (LaPolla) Renzi.

Rose worked in the jewelry industry for many years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Linda Corry of North Providence, Rhonda Lackey of Glocester, Robbin Rendine of Smithfield and James Barry of North Providence; loving grandmother of Robert, James, Steven, Steven Jr., Tayla, Tyler and Jared; loving great-grandmother of four; and sister of Dolores Esposito of North Providence and the late Eugene Renzi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, Providence, and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be at RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter.
