ROSE (MATTIACE) DeFUSCO

of Cranston passed away peacefully at home on December 6, 2011 surrounded by those whom she loved. She leaves her beloved husband of 70 years, William DeFusco, their son Anthony J. DeFusco and his wife Dale J. Venturini, their daughter Mary Jane DeFusco and her partner Kevin Scully, granddaughters Michelle Lamoureux, Melissa Zaccagnini and her husband Michael, Nicole Olsen and her husband Derek, Kristen Christy and her husband Robert, great-granddaughters Karleigh and Karissa Lamoureux and great-grandsons Michael and Angelo Zaccagnini. She leaves her brothers Dominic Mattiace and his wife Mary and Frank Mattiace and his wife Connie. She also leaves many nieces and nephews who she loved. We find solace in her reunion with William, her son, her brothers Anthony and Joseph Mattiace, her sister Angela Capezza, and her parents, Michele and Carmela (Roberto) Mattiace. She will be missed forever and her life will be cherished with memories of her love for life and her family. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph's Church, West Warwick at 10am. VISITING HOURS Thursday 4-8pm. Interment will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Tribute Program, P.O.
