Rosa (Mottola) Totolo
90, of North Providence, previously of Cranston passed away, Friday May 29, 2009. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Totolo. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Benedetto and Antonette (Altamura) Mottola.
Rosa is survived by her loving children, Ralph Totolo and his wife Vincenza of Cranston, Anthony Totolo and his wife Aurelia of AZ, Christopher Totolo and his wife Carolyn of MA, Catherine Oland and her husband Carl of TX. She was the cherished grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 3 , and was the sister of Dora Grassini of Johnston, Alfred Mottola of Warwick and Vincent Mottola of Il, and was devoted godmother of Dolores Guglielmi of Smithfield. Rosa was also the aunt of several nieces and nephews, and was the sister of the late Lindy Mottola and Jennie Herchen.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 9 am in St. Bartholomew's Church, Laurel Hill Ave. Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
